**Job Title: Nursing Position - Night Shift** **Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to join our healthcare team for a night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. This role involves providing high-quality patient care with a focus on safety, empathy, and clinical excellence. As part of our team, you will engage in a wide range of patient care activities while adhering to established protocols and standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on comfort, dignity, and respect. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. - Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health status and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with medical best practices and protocols. **Qualifications:** - Current nursing license and certification. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. - Must fulfill onboarding requirements, including health assessments and compliance training. **Onboarding Requirements:** - Completion of mandatory dependency abuse training. - Submission of various health history documentation, including immunizations and screenings. - Background checks and verification of education and licensing credentials. - Skill competency testing and training on specific technology/system access. **Schedule:** - Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday) **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
