**Job Title: Night Shift Healthcare Professional** **Shift: 21:00 - 07:00** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team for the night shift at an esteemed 143-bed acute care facility. The selected candidate will play an integral role in delivering high-quality inpatient and outpatient care. Our facility is committed to ensuring that all patients receive the comprehensive healthcare services they need in a supportive, professional environment bolstered by a collaborative medical staff. **Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional patient care in various medical and support services, including emergency services, heart and vascular care, imaging, surgical services, and women's health. - Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care strategies. - Maintain accurate patient records and document all interactions and treatments in accordance with facility protocols. - Respond proactively to patient needs and assist with any medical emergencies. **Qualifications:** - Current nursing licensure or relevant healthcare certification. - Experience in acute care settings is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be considered for this position. **Contract Information:** - Number of Positions: 1 - Contract Weeks: 91 - Guaranteed Hours: Full-time --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
