**Job Title: CT Technologist** **Shift:** Nights (12 Hours: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7 PM to 7:30 AM) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our healthcare team. Under the general supervision of a Radiologist, the successful candidate will perform CT procedures to acquire high-quality digital images used in the diagnosis and treatment of various medical conditions. This role requires a thorough understanding of clinical criteria, anatomy, and established protocols while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate CT Scanners, power injectors, and computer systems to capture images for diagnostic purposes. - Maintain proficiency in operating various CT systems across multiple locations. - Design and implement imaging protocols in accordance with Image Gently Guidelines and ensure the CT scanner’s integration into a dose management program. - Acquire CT images by adhering to established protocols, ensuring patient preparation, positioning, immobilization, and correct technical factors are utilized. - Perform CT interventional procedures and advanced CTA studies including but not limited to Carotid, Head, Vertebral, and Pulmonary Embolism scans. - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of pharmacology to confirm necessary lab results prior to scheduled exams. - Demonstrate knowledge in physiology and physics to produce quality scans while minimizing patient radiation exposure. - Collaborate with the healthcare team while ensuring all organizational policies and procedures are followed. - Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in imaging technology to enhance care delivery. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program. - Certification and license to practice as a CT Technologist is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively. **Why Join Us?** We are committed to providing an environment that nurtures your professional growth and well-being. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
