**Job Title: CT Technician** **Shift:** 14:00 - 22:30 **Location:** South Central Kentucky **Facility:** 295-bed acute care hospital providing healthcare services across an 11-county area. This state-of-the-art facility specializes in cardiac care and features an advanced neurosurgery program with Spine Center accreditation. The hospital employs a diverse staff of over 1,200 healthcare professionals and support personnel, along with more than 170 physicians representing 38 medical specialties. **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in the field and hold a valid CT Technologist license. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for conducting high-quality CT scans and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform CT scans on patients with a focus on quality and accuracy. - Maintain safety protocols and ensure the wellbeing of patients during procedures. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. - Document and communicate results effectively within the electronic health record (EHR). - Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies related to CT imaging. - Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards. **Qualifications:** - Current CT Technologist license required. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technician. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Knowledge of patient care standards and practices. **Preferred Experience:** - Familiarity with common diagnoses and treatment protocols associated with CT imaging. - Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. **Work Schedule:** - Full-time position with a regular weekly schedule of 40 hours. - Weekend hours will be required as part of the position. **Why Join Us?** Become part of a forward-thinking organization where you can grow your career and make a difference in the lives of patients in our community. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
