**Job Title: ICU RN - Night Shift** **Location:** Lake Havasu City, AZ **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Guaranteed Weekly Hours:** 36 **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a community hospital setting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a Joint Commission Accredited facility that serves as a regional referral center with a focus on high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU and CVICU settings, following established nursing protocols and standards. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering appropriate treatments and medications. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Maintain accurate patient records using the Medhost EHR system. - Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans and health-related information. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license in the state of Arizona. - BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required. - Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred. - Ability to float to Intermediate Care Unit and ED holding as needed. - Strong knowledge of common diagnoses and treatments including STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, and more. - Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. **Unit Information:** - Facility Department: ICU/CVICU - Trauma Level: III - Number of Beds: 16 - Patient Ratios: 1:2 - Required Equipment: Baxter pumps - Supervisor: Katelyn Belt **Location Highlights:** Lake Havasu City offers a plethora of outdoor activities, including fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking.
