**Job Title: LTACH/Telemetry Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 19:00-07:30 **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated LTACH/Telemetry Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients while utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Acts and hospital policies. This role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide care to patients in an LTACH (Long-Term Acute Care Hospital) setting. - Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. - Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in clinical practice. - Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of available staff. - Provide direction and supervision of team members delivering patient care. **Requirements:** - Two to five years of nursing experience, with emphasis on LTAC and ventilator/tracheostomy care. - Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association). - A valid Kentucky RN license. - Ability to float to various units within the facility as needed. - Familiarity with EMR systems is preferred. - Patient care ratio of 6:1. **Additional Information:** - Willingness to cooperate with interview and selection processes involving multiple team members. - Candidates should be available for interview within the next 72 hours. - Some candidates may have previously worked with this healthcare staffing partner and will be given preference.
