**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift** **Location:** Asheville, NC **Shift:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM **Job Description:** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shifts at our healthcare facility in Asheville, NC. As an RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients within the healthcare facility. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. - Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management. - Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital policies and procedures. **Requirements:** - Active RN license in North Carolina. - Previous nursing experience preferred but not mandatory. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. **Uniform Requirements:** - RNs are required to wear navy, all white, or a combination of navy and white scrub colors. **Orientation:** - A four-hour hospital orientation will take place followed by an eight-hour floor shift. **Mileage Reimbursement:** - Miles traveled for work will be reimbursed based on facility proximity (30+ miles, 50+ miles, 100+ miles). **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
