**Job Description: Night Shift Healthcare Position** We are seeking dedicated and skilled healthcare professionals to fill a night shift role. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring top-quality patient care during overnight hours. Candidates must be reliable, driven, and skilled in their respective fields. **Job Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care during night shifts - Monitor patient health and report any changes to the medical team - Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as required - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes - Ensure a safe and sanitized work environment **Requirements:** - Current licensure or certification in your specialty - Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays **Additional Information:** - This position offers guaranteed hours with a contract duration of 91 weeks - Candidates are encouraged to submit their credentialing in batches for efficiency - Housing options may be available in the surrounding area **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
