**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) - Flexible Shifts Available** We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting, with shifts designed for flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle. **Responsibilities:** - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and practices. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions effectively. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families on health management and proper care techniques. - Ensure adherence to the latest health and safety regulations. - Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities. **Shift Information:** - Positions available for both day and night shifts. - Rotating 12-hour shifts (may vary within the same week). - Weekend work required every other weekend. **Requirements:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Previous nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. **Vaccination Requirements:** - Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations required.
