**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Spine/Ortho Post-Op** **Shift:** Nights **Contract Duration:** 91 weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team specializing in Spine and Orthopedic Post-Operative care. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Med/Surg and possess strong clinical skills to ensure high-quality patient care. **Certifications Required:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) **Licensure:** - Current, unrestricted Colorado RN license is required. **Patient Care Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to post-operative Spine and Ortho patients. - Maintain an optimal patient-nurse ratio of 1 to 5, ensuring personalized attention and support. **Covid Vaccination:** - Covid vaccinations are required in accordance with state mandates. **Experience Requirements:** - Prior experience in Spine and Orthopedic Post-Op care is essential with a strong emphasis on Medical/Surgical nursing. **Housing Information:** - Options for shared housing are available (2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment). Please note: absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed. Rent will be covered. **Additional Information:** - To be considered for this position, candidates must have a permanent address at least 65 miles away from the facility.
