**Job Title: Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse** **Shift:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (plus on-call responsibilities) **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology (IR) Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves providing specialized care in both cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort during procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures, working closely with a team of healthcare professionals. - Monitor patient conditions pre, during, and post-procedure, ensuring appropriate care and swift response to any complications. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information and procedures performed. - Provide patient education regarding procedures, recovery, and ongoing care. - Collaborate effectively with physicians, radiologic technologists, and other members of the healthcare team. - Participate in on-call rotations; if on call and a case runs over, you will be required to stay and complete the case. **Qualifications:** - Current nursing license and relevant certifications in Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology nursing. - Proven experience in cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology settings. - Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. **General Comments:** - Number of Positions Available: 1-2 - Guaranteed Hours: 91 Contract Weeks --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
