**Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse - RN (12-Hour Days)** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Lab team for a 12-hour day shift position. This is a contractual role requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty of cardiac care. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and related procedures. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate records throughout the procedure. - Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families regarding their conditions and post-procedure care. - Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards. **Shift Details:** - Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Duration: 16 weeks - Work Week: Guaranteed 36 hours per week **Holiday Requirements:** - Must work 2 major holidays from the following: - Thanksgiving Day - Christmas Day - New Year’s Day - AND 1 minor holiday from the following: - Day after Thanksgiving - Christmas Eve - New Year’s Eve **Qualifications:** - Current RN license and certification in the state of practice. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or related specialty. - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. - Strong critical thinking and communication skills. **Benefits & Perks:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
