**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift: 06:30 PM - 07:00 AM** **Job Type: Full-Time** **Location: [Specify Location]** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care every other weekend and every other holiday. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and care excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. - Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs, documenting all changes and progress. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. - Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and medication management. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments as required. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid nursing license (RN) in the state of employment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred. **Onboarding Requirements:** To ensure a smooth onboarding process, the following will be required: - Comprehensive health assessment, including a fit test. - Drug screening (Trinity 9 Panel). - Completion of the Trinity Code of Conduct Form and other required professional documents. - Background checks including criminal history, education verification, and system access. - Immunizations and health history documentation as outlined. **What We Offer:** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
