**Job Title: Travel RN - Cath Lab Tech** **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM **Location:** Cardiac Cath Lab **Address:** 1000 Mar Walt Drive **Unit Details:** - Number of Beds: 7 holding beds - Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2, depending on procedure - Equipment: GE Innova, Impella - Documentation System: MacLab, Meditech **Responsibilities:** As a Travel RN - Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment. Your role will include the following tasks: - Assisting in catheterization procedures, including PCI, TAVR, and PFO closure - Operating various types of equipment, including Impella and IABP - Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Adhering to safety and quality standards in line with unit-specific guidelines **Qualifications:** - Current ACLS and BLS certifications are required - Previous Cath Lab experience is essential, including familiarity with Structural Heart, IABP, Impella, IFR, and FFR - Advanced skills in PCI, PFO, Impella, and IABP are preferred - Strong ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment **Unit Specifics:** - The Cath Lab operates primarily Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM - Stemi Call requirements are approximately 10 to 12 days per month - Self-scheduling is available to enhance work-life balance **Dress Code:** Surgical scrubs will be provided by the facility. **Why Choose This Unit:** This Cath Lab is equipped with the latest technology and offers a supportive work environment with experienced staff members.
