**Job Title: Registered Nurse** **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM **Assignment Duration:** 13 weeks **Schedule:** 3x12 Hour Shifts **License Required:** PRT License **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. The Registered Nurse will collaborate in planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care tailored to the patient's specific needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized plans of care based on ongoing assessments. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessments, intervention, and evaluations. - Document care according to established standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care effectively. - Advocate for evidence-based practices and support the adoption of innovations in care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care that aligns with professional nursing practices. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Skills Required:** - Critical care experience highly preferred. - Prior experience with EPIC and Sensis preferred. **Education:** - **Required:** Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) - **Preferred:** Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) **Certifications & Licensure:** - **Required:** - New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) - Telemetry - **Preferred:** N/A **Job Category:** Clinical **Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 **Contract Weeks:** 13 --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
