**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery** **Shift: Night Shift (19:00 - 07:00)** **Location: Garland County and Surrounding Communities** **Job Description:** Join an exceptional healthcare team dedicated to providing high-quality medical care in a supportive and innovative environment. As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery, you will play a crucial role in the management of patients in a vibrant 8-bed Cardiovascular ICU, expanded Cardiac Rehab, and working alongside a skilled team in our postpartum and well-baby units. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to adolescent, adult, and neonatal patients in the Labor and Delivery and postpartum settings. - Monitor fetal health using AWHONN fetal monitoring protocols. - Provide immediate neonatal resuscitation as required, following the Neonatal Resuscitation Program guidelines. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and quality care before and after cardiac catheterization procedures. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using GE Centricity and Meditech EHR systems. **Qualifications:** - Current RN license. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Labor and Delivery, postpartum, or well-baby care. - Certifications: AWHONN fetal monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and STABLE. - Familiarity with AWHONN patient ratios and standards. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 7 - Patient Ratios: AWHONN standards - Supportive environment focused on patient-centered care. **Dress Code:** - Any solid color scrubs. **Additional Notes:** - No float requirements or weekend call is necessary. - Opportunity for guaranteed weekly hours (36 hours). **Orientation Schedule:** New hires can expect to participate in a comprehensive onboarding program, with several orientation dates throughout 2025. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
