**Job Title: RN, LPN, CNA - Med Surg/Med Tele** **Location:** Sierra Vista, AZ **Shift:** 19:00 - 07:00 **Position Overview:** We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced acute care setting. This role is vital in providing high-quality nursing care to our patient population, which primarily includes geriatrics and adults, with occasional pediatric cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit. - Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation in an electronic health record (EHR) system, specifically Cerner. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. - Ensure the safety and comfort of patients by monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient conditions. - Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and health conditions. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 34 - Patient Ratios: 6:1 - Common Equipment: Alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, telemetry monitors **Qualifications:** - Required: Valid RN or LPN license, with current ACLS and BLS certifications (PALS preferred for core staff). - Recommended: At least 1 year of nursing experience in a similar clinical setting. - Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of nursing tasks as needed. - Ability to work occasional weekends and respond to call requirements during staffing shortages. **Education:** - Requires current RN or LPN license in the state of practice. **Dress Code:** - Scrubs in any color, with closed-toed shoes required for clinical staff. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
