**Job Title: Surgical Technologist** **Shift Details:** - 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week - Possible shift times: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM - On-call duties, approximately one weekend per month and one night per week **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various surgical procedures and work collaboratively with surgeons and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care. This role will encompass responsibilities such as preparing the operating room, selecting and passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field throughout the surgical process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room and surgical instruments - Provide intraoperative support to surgical teams during procedures - Ensure the availability of necessary surgical supplies and equipment - Follow protocols to maintain a sterile environment - Participate in postoperative care and room turnover **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, urology, gynecology, C-section, and ENT procedures - Familiarity with robotic surgical systems, specifically the DaVinci Robot and orthopedic robotic systems - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Benefits of Joining Our Team:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
