**Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room** **Job Description:** We are currently seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in the Operating Room (OR). This is a 10-hour shift with a rotating schedule, and candidates must be flexible to meet the demands of the unit, including weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform both circulating and scrubbing duties in the operating room. - Provide high-quality patient care in a Level 1 trauma center setting. - Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, oncology, ENT, plastics, neurosurgery, cardiovascular (CVT), and trauma. - Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care coordination. - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in the OR. - Recent (within the last year) experience in a large trauma Level 1 facility. - Proficient in both circulating and scrubbing roles, with skills checklists available for review. - Strong experience required in various surgical specialties, including ortho, urology, oncology, Da Vinci Robotics, general surgery, ENT, dental, plastics, neurosurgery, and trauma. - EPIC experience is a prerequisite and non-negotiable. **Additional Information:** - Reliable transportation is essential; public transportation is not accessible in the area. - Candidates are required to provide complete work history information, including bed count, EMR experience, facility type, and explanations for any employment gaps over 90 days. - No block scheduling available; flexibility is a must. **Contract Duration:** 42 weeks --- At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
