**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult/Geriatric Med Surg** **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a small community healthcare setting. This position will primarily focus on providing total nursing care for adult and geriatric patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Med Surg, along with experience in cardiac drip management and dementia care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients. - Provide patient and family education and support. - Collaborate effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other healthcare team members to maintain high standards of nursing practice. - Float to Kingsbury as needed during shifts. - Maintain patient records using Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. - Participate in emergency response situations as required. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg nursing experience. - Experience managing cardiac drips is required. - Strong experience in dementia care and management. - NIHSS certification is strongly preferred. - Proficiency with the Epic EMR system. - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. - Must possess a valid New Hampshire nursing license (temporary or permanent). - Must have access to a personal vehicle as this community does not offer public transport. **Additional Requirements:** - Must submit medical and occupational health compliance items within 5 days of acceptance. - All required documentation, including a permanent address, should be uploaded with your nursing profile. - Little or no request time off (RTO) will be approved; permanent staff has prioritized scheduled days. **Patient Population:** Adult to Geriatric **Dress Code:** Professional scrubs without logos. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
