**Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU (Night Shift)** **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with ICU experience to join our clinical team on a night shift basis. This role requires the ability to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients in a high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to evidence-based care, while collaborating with all members of the healthcare team to foster a healing environment for patients and their families. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process effectively to provide high-quality patient care. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote best practices and patient-centered care. - Exhibit the PRIDE core values: Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence in all interactions. - Participate in shared governance initiatives to enhance nursing practice. - Float to other areas as needed, ensuring flexibility to meet patient care demands. - Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided in compliance with institutional policies. **Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in Intermediate Care or Step-Down nursing. - **Education:** Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred. - **Certifications:** Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. - **Skills:** Proficient communication and computer skills. **Schedule Details:** - Shift: 7 PM to 7 AM - Every third weekend required - One summer holiday per year - Flexibility to float as needed among different units. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
