**Job Title: EP Device Implant Technologist** **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) **Schedule:** Monday through Friday **Position Overview:** We are seeking an experienced EP Device Implant Technologist with a solid background in cardiac procedures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, specifically in the area of electrophysiology (EP) device implants. This role requires an individual who is skilled in scrub duties and is comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the implantation of electrophysiology devices, ensuring a sterile and safe environment. - Provide expert support during procedures, collaborating effectively with the surgical team. - Monitor patients during the implant procedures and respond appropriately to any changes in their condition. - Maintain accurate documentation and follow established protocols for patient care. - Adhere to all facility standards, including tobacco and fragrance-free policies. **Minimum Qualifications:** - **Experience:** 2 years of experience in electrophysiology device implants required; scrub experience is essential. - **Certifications:** - Certifications required: RT(R), CVT, or RCIS. - ACLS certification is required. - EPIC experience is highly preferred. - **Skills:** - Proficiency in interventional cardiac catheterization and diagnostic catheterizations. - Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring. - Strong capability in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias. **Additional Requirements:** - Availability for on-call shifts, with a commitment to participate in call rotation (approximately 12 shifts per month), including every third weekend. - Willingness to provide care for COVID-19 patients as necessary. - The candidate must be able to complete any required modules prior to starting. **Traveling Requirements:** - Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility. - Local candidates may be offered a different rate, and no license hits are accepted. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
