**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift** **Shift: 4x10 Hours, Monday through Friday** **Call Requirement: Occasional calls required** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will hold a current California RN license and possess recent experience with the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. Successful completion of an Epic pre-assessment test is required, confirming your familiarity and competence with this widely-used system. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. - Utilize Epic EHR for documentation and communication of patient information. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. - Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. - Respond to occasional on-call duties as required. **Qualifications:** - Current California RN license. - Recent Epic experience within the last year. - Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Additional Information:** - Up to 36 hours of call off available to the facility at no cost during the assignment. - Attention to requested facility start date is crucial; candidates with start dates exceeding 2 weeks after the requested date will be declined.
