**Job Description: MRI Technologist - Day Shift** We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our team for a rewarding opportunity. This position is for a 26-week contract with flexible scheduling. The role offers a daytime shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There are no weekend shifts or holiday obligations, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform MRI scans using Siemens equipment including Vida, Aera, Skyra, and Avanto. - Conduct routine neuro, body, and musculoskeletal exams. - Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety standards. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. **Requirements:** - A minimum of 1 year of MRI experience. - Experience with Siemens Scanners is required. - Valid ARRT (MR) certification and AHA BLS certification. - Must possess a permanent Ohio license (compact licenses accepted for starts from January 1, 2023, onward). - Travel experience is preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome. - Two supervisory references in the relevant specialty are required for submission. **Additional Information:** - The ideal candidate must be nicotine-free, except for exempt positions. - A negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine, is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. - Background checks will be reviewed, and no open cases will be accepted. - Candidates must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract. - Orientation will include ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments, with acceptable scores required. --- **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
