**Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN)** Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity? This position offers guaranteed hours and is designed for those who thrive in dynamic environments. **Schedule:** - **Shift:** 19:00 - 07:30 - **Week One:** Sunday, Friday, Saturday - **Week Two:** Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday This role provides a unique opportunity for RNs to engage with patients and deliver high-quality care while working within a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in a hospital or clinical setting. - Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-treatment care. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. **Qualifications:** - Valid and active Registered Nurse license. - Previous nursing experience preferred, particularly in acute care settings. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
