**Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Unit** **Location:** Various Locations **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3 shifts x 12-hour) **Schedule:** Every Other Weekend Required | 3 out of 6 Holidays Required | No On-Call Requirement **Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical-Surgical (MS/Tele) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions and collaborating with physicians to provide high-quality patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify needs and determine priority for care. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care plans based on initial and ongoing patient assessments. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions as required. - Monitor and manage patient care, documenting findings according to established standards and best practices. - Advocate for evidence-based care standards, promoting the adoption of innovative practices in care delivery. - Ensure patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing practice models. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and complete additional duties as assigned. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit within a major acute care hospital setting. - Strong expertise in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing. **Education & Certifications:** - Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). - Required Certifications: NIHSS, Telemetry, BLS (AHA), CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours), and NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. **Preferred Certifications:** None. **Job Category:** Clinical **Guaranteed Hours:** 36.00 **Contract Weeks:** 89 --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
