**Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a commitment of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care for critically ill patients. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote evidence-based care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Embrace and demonstrate the core values of Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity, and Excellence (PRIDE) in all aspects of patient care and interactions. - Maintain accurate patient records and effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding care, treatment, and progression. - Stay updated on best practices and continued education in critical care nursing. **Qualifications:** - Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in an ICU or Intermediate Care/Step-down setting as a Registered Nurse (RN). - Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. - Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). - Strong communication and computer skills are essential for the role. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
