**Job Title: Respiratory Therapist** **Shift: Days (12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM)** **Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist who will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the Respiratory Care process. This role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care strategies. The Respiratory Therapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care, aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine respiratory care needs. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to respiratory care interventions. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery and outcomes. - Educate patients and families on respiratory health management and treatments. - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. **Experience Requirements:** - A minimum of 3 years of experience in respiratory therapy preferred. **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - AHA certified - Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credentialed by the NBRC - Active Respiratory Care licensure by the New Jersey Board of Respiratory Care **Schedule Details:** - Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM - Must be available to work every other weekend and as needed. - Candidates should demonstrate flexibility with scheduling to accommodate patient care needs. **Holiday Requirements:** - Must be willing to work every other holiday. **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
