**Job Description: CT Tech - Mid Shift (WED-SUN)** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Tech to join our team for a mid-shift position. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services within a fast-paced healthcare environment. **Position Details:** - **Specialty:** CT Technologist - **Shift:** 5x8 Hour (Wednesday - Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) - **Location Requirement:** Must be located more than 75 miles from the facility. Local candidates will not be accepted. - **Start Date:** September 1, 2025 - **Experience:** 1 year of CT technology experience is required. - **Certification:** Valid New York state license must be in hand to submit. - **Charting System Experience:** EPIC experience is a hard requirement. **Job Responsibilities:** - Prepare and operate CT machines to perform diagnostic imaging procedures. - Position patients correctly and explain imaging procedures to minimize discomfort and anxiety. - Ensure the safety of patients by following established protocols and using appropriate protective equipment. - Review images for quality and ensure they meet the standards set by the supervising physician. - Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptly. - Collaborate effectively with team members to provide optimal patient care. **Requirements:** - Current New York state license as a CT Technologist. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in CT technology. - Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records or a similar charting system. - Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
