**Job Description: 8-Hour Day Shift Nursing Position with On-Call Requirements** We are seeking a dedicated and licensed nursing professional to join our healthcare team for an 8-hour day shift position. This role requires an active Hawaii nursing license prior to the start of the contract. Successful candidates must be comfortable taking frequent on-call shifts and working consecutive weekends as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. - Participate in regular on-call rotations to ensure adequate staffing and patient support. - Adapt to shifting schedules, including weekend assignments. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. - Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate personnel. **Qualifications:** - Must possess an active nursing license in Hawaii. - Previous nursing experience in a similar setting is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment. - Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays if required. **Additional Information:** - The position offers guaranteed hours and spans across 91 contract weeks. - Holiday rates applicable only for shifts starting on holidays, as per specific guidelines.
