**Job Title: Special Procedures Technologist** **Shift: 8-hour Days (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)** **Contract Duration: 13 Weeks** **Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly | Contract Weeks: 89** **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Special Procedures Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty, with a strong background in radiologic technology and a focus on special procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in accordance with established protocols. - Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients. - Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals. - Ensure proper communication with patients regarding procedures and address any questions they may have. - Maintain and operate radiologic equipment, adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. - Registered Radiologic Technologist with at least one year of experience in diagnostic radiology. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required. - Preferred experience in general vascular coronary angiography and special procedures, as well as catheterization. **Requirements:** 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in special procedures. 2. Valid BLS and ACLS certifications. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
