**Job Title: Pre-Op Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift:** 8-hour Evening Shift (Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks **Location:** 6620 GWI Pre Op GMC **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pre-Op Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in pre-operative nursing, working effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide excellent patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures. - Conduct pre-operative assessments, including patient history and physical examinations. - Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care. - Educate patients and their families on pre-operative procedures and post-operative care. - Adhere to all safety and health regulations. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-operative nursing. - Current AHA BLS certification is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week **Contract Weeks:** 89 --- **At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
