**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)** **Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver exceptional care to patients using the nursing process and adhering to established clinical philosophies. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. This position requires excellent interaction skills to engage with patients, families, and visitors while upholding the highest standards of professional nursing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive physical and psychological support to patients. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to facilitate effective patient care. - Interpret cardiac rhythms and monitor vital signs to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients. - Actively participate in scrubbing and circulating in surgical environments when required. - Maintain clear and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes. **Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience. - Proficiency in interpreting cardiac rhythms and experience in scrub and circulating roles. - Familiarity with MediTech is preferred. - Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA). - Possession of an active nursing license in Arkansas. - Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility. **Profile Requirements:** - Must provide a work history and skills checklist, current to within the last year and pertinent to the nursing specialty. - Two supervisory reference forms, completed within the last two years. **On-Call Requirements:** - Availability for on-call shifts, including 10-15 call shifts per month. **Contract Length:** - 91 weeks with guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week.
