**Job Title**: Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery **Shift**: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift) **Contract Length**: 13 Weeks **Schedule**: Every other weekend required, Holidays required **Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with comprehensive patient care. You will plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. **Key Responsibilities**: - Evaluate patient conditions and assist in implementing care plans. - Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessments. - Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans based on initial and ongoing assessments. - Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to manage patient care effectively. - Document all care activities in compliance with established standards. - Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards, supporting innovative approaches to care delivery. - Provide patient-centric care aligned with professional nursing standards. - Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D). - Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred. - Required Education: Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN). - Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). - Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA, New Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). - Preferred Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced AWHONN, or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification. **Guaranteed Hours**: 36.00 **Contract Weeks**: 90 --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
