**Job Title:** Mammography Technologist **Location:** Midtown Imaging, Atlanta, Georgia **Shift:** 8-Hour Days, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) **Contract Duration:** 13 Weeks **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our innovative imaging team in Atlanta, GA. This role involves operating advanced imaging equipment to conduct mammographic procedures and assist in breast diagnostics. Our facility specializes in MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, nuclear medicine, and various breast procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform high-quality mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols. - Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the examination process. - Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards. - Document and manage imaging data using Cerner and GE PACS systems. - Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in mammography. - Current BLS certification. - ARRT certification in Mammography is required. - Familiarity with Cerner, GE PACS, and STAR Financials is preferred. **Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours weekly. **Preferred Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality patient care. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
