**Job Description: Local Nursing Position** We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals for a local nursing position offering guaranteed hours minimal travel requirements. This role is ideal for those who value stability and community-based healthcare. **Shift Details:** - **Hours:** 06:00 AM - 06:30 PM - **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week - **Contract Duration:** 30 weeks **Position Overview:** As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and advocate for patient needs in a local healthcare setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive assessments and individualized patient care - Collaborate with medical professionals to develop effective care plans - Monitor and record patient progress and communicate changes to the care team - Educate patients and their families on health management strategies - Adhere to all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe environment - Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately and timely **Qualifications:** - Hold a current and valid nursing license - Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Commitment to quality patient care and ethical standards **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
