**Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)** **Shift:** 19:00 - 07:00 **Location:** Richmond, VA **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential respiratory care to patients. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 430 - **Staff:** 25 - **Patient Ratios**: 20-25 treatments per round on a normal floor assignment. - **Type of Equipment:** Oxygen, BIPAP/CPAP, ventilators, nebulizers, blood gas machines. - **EMR:** Meditech **Key Qualifications:** - **Education & Certifications:** - Current RRT credential - Current Virginia State License - Current BLS & ACLS certifications - **Experience:** - Must possess ICU experience. **Typical Procedures:** - Administering nebulizers - Operating BIPAP/CPAP machines - Managing ventilators - Performing arterial blood gas tests **Ideal Candidate:** We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality respiratory care.
