**Job Title: Registered Nurse – Cath Lab** **Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Location:** Terre Haute, IN **Unit:** Cath Lab **Number of Positions:** 1 **Guaranteed Hours:** Full-time **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our state-of-the-art Cath Lab. This role is perfect for dedicated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong background in catheterization procedures. Join our team and contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in the Cath Lab, ensuring safety and comfort throughout each procedure. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including 2 RNs and 1 tech per case. - Operate and monitor advanced cardiovascular technology and equipment, such as GE and Philips systems. - Document patient information accurately using the XPER documentation system. - Assist with various procedures including left and right heart catheterizations, pacemakers, AICDs, and peripheral cases. - Maintain a patient ratio of 1:1 to deliver high-quality care. **Qualifications:** - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Proven experience in a Cath Lab setting is essential. - Advanced skills in managing balloon pumps and Impellas are required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance patient experience. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. **Preferred Skills & Certifications:** - Experience with various catheter-based procedures, including permacaths and portacaths. - Current certifications relevant to Cath Lab practices. **Dress Code:** Scrubs will be provided. **Why Choose Us?** This is an outstanding opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and be part of a respected team in a high-performance environment.
