**Job Title: Inpatient Rehab Nurse** **Job Summary:** We are seeking dedicated Inpatient Rehab Nurses to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care. The ideal candidate will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document care while effectively communicating critical information to the healthcare team and participating in problem-solving to achieve patient goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Formulate and implement effective nursing care plans based on clinical knowledge and analytical abilities. - Provide a wide range of professional nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care. - Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare personnel regarding care and treatment. - Document patient care activities accurately and timely. - Participate in ongoing educational training and quality improvement initiatives. **Position Details:** - Start Date: August 26th - Contract Duration: 13 weeks - Shift Options: - Night Shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM (2 positions) - Day Shift: 7 AM - 7:30 PM (3 positions, 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts) - Location: Inpatient Rehabilitation Setting - Preferred Experience: Prior inpatient rehabilitation experience **Education and Qualifications:** - Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN). - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. **Skills:** - Strong clinical knowledge and analytical skills necessary to create and implement nursing care plans. - Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and their families. - Capability to perform a diverse array of professional nursing services within the assigned unit. **Why Join Us?** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
