**Job Title: Cath Lab/Electrophysiology (EP) Lab RN** **Location:** Overland Park, KS **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM **Position Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) procedures to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care in our state-of-the-art EP and Cath labs. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest level of patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver one-on-one patient care in a high-acuity setting. - Prepare and assist with various procedures including pacemaker insertions, EP studies, SVT ablations, loop recorder insertions, PCI, diagnostic catheters, TEEs, and cardioversions. - Circulate the procedure room efficiently with minimal supervision. - Collaborate with a team of 2 Registered Nurses and 3 Technicians to maintain seamless operation in the Cath and EP labs. - Utilize equipment such as Carto, Claris, and Acist in patient care. - Document patient information accurately using Meditech and Merge Hemo systems. **Qualifications:** - Current RN licensure in the state of practice. - Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab and EP experience. - Advanced skills in circulating procedures with minimal orientation required. - Required certifications: ACLS, BLS. **Unit Details:** - Number of Beds: 2 rooms; 1 EP lab, 1 Cath lab - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - Scheduling Requirements: 5 days a week, on-call for a minimum of 12 shifts per month. **Dress Code:** - Unit-provided scrubs, mask, and surgical cap. **Why Join Our Team?** This is an excellent opportunity to join a cutting-edge healthcare facility that is committed to excellence in patient care.
