**Job Title: Travel Cath Lab RN** **Location:** Merit Health River Oaks **Shift:** Days, Monday to Friday (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM), plus call every other weekend with two additional on-call days during the week. **Duration:** 8 Weeks **Start Date:** ASAP **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated healthcare professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Cath Lab setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care during catheterization procedures. - Monitor patients' vital signs and manage any complications that arise during procedures. - Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and protocols, particularly regarding infection control. - Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and additional weekday responsibilities, as needed. **Qualifications:** - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. - Previous experience in a Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) lab setting. - Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility (permanent address). - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred. **Additional Information:** - This position requires flexibility as there may be occasional floating to other units. - Candidates must be willing to engage fully in the interview process, which may include discussions with various stakeholders in the organization.
