**Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)** **Shift:** Part-Time, 16 hours per week **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with a lunch break) **No Weekends, No Call** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and professional Radiologic Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of radiology procedures and techniques, specifically in X-ray imaging. **Responsibilities:** - Perform routine and specialized X-ray procedures as directed. - Provide high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. - Collaborate with physicians to ensure patients receive optimal care. - Maintain patient records and manage imaging data efficiently using the EPIC system. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols. - Assist in patient preparation and positioning for imaging procedures. - Follow departmental policies and procedures to maintain a clean and organized workspace. **Qualifications:** - Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT). - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA. - Previous experience in radiology, specifically X-ray is required. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Knowledge of Canon Soltis department-specific equipment is a plus. - Must be willing to complete department-specific training and orientation. **Work Environment:** - The Radiology department has one scanner and one room. The workload includes a typical average of 3-35 scans/studies per day. - The department operates with a fully staffed radiologist available 24/7, ensuring continuous patient support. - No initial IV start required for this position. **Additional Information:** - Dress Code: Grey scrubs; not provided by the facility. - Candidates will not be required to float to other departments. - Cancellation policy: 2 shifts for 13-week assignments and 1 shift for less than 13 weeks. --- **At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
