**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for the day shift from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM. As a vital part of our healthcare facility, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. - Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. - Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and preventative care. - Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies. **Qualifications:** - Current nursing license in good standing (Nursys certification required). - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent nursing experience will also be considered. - Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus. **Onboarding Requirements:** To ensure a smooth onboarding process, the following are mandatory for employment: - Valid nursing license verification and background check. - Health clearance including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Physical/Health Statement. - Completion of Prime exams and competencies related to nursing practices. - Submission of a driver's license/state ID and other required documentation. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Completion of the Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test). - Familiarity with specialty exams and core competencies in nursing.
