As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist. - Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and other modalities to facilitate patient recovery. - Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately. - Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies. - Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with facility policies and regulations. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. **Qualifications:** - Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. - Current PTA state licensure or eligibility for licensure. - Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team. **Contract Details:** This position is an ongoing contract with the guarantee of 36 hours per week over the course of 91 weeks.
