**Job Title:** CT Technician – Night Shift (3x12-Hour) **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technician to join our team for a night shift position from 18:30 to 07:00, working three 12-hour shifts per week. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible contract options ranging from 13 to 26 weeks. Please note that time off will not be permitted during the week between Christmas and New Year, and you must be available to work two of the three main holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures as per established protocols. - Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during CT scans, including the preparation and administration of contrast media. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. - Maintain accurate records and documentation using the required charting system. - Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety regulations. - Provide support for a variety of patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technician, with previous charge experience preferred. - Certification in BLS and ARRT registered with a CT certification. - Familiarity with various CT scanning equipment and systems (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba) is essential. - Ability to start peripheral IVs and implement isolation precautions. - Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings is beneficial. **Patient Care & Facility Details:** - Experience is required with diverse patient populations, including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. - Maintain high standards of patient care with support from interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy. **Travel Compliance:** - Candidates must be located at least 100 miles away from any Prisma facility to be considered for travel positions. - Specific exceptions apply for particular specialties and shift requirements.
