**Job Title: Physical Therapist - Outpatient** **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lymphedema therapy, as approximately 75% of the caseload will focus on this specialty. The remaining 25% will encompass general referrals including deconditioned patients and orthopedic cases. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient physical therapy services. - Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and other conditions. - Deliver one-hour therapy sessions, ensuring effective communication and education for patients regarding their treatment and progress. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. **Qualifications:** - Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania or a compact state. - Significant experience and clinical competency in lymphedema management. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. **Work Schedule:** - Full-time position with an 8-hour shift during AM hours. - Guaranteed hours for contracted weeks.
