**Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse** **Job Type:** Contract | 10 Hour Days **Contract Duration:** 91 Weeks **Guaranteed Hours:** Yes **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cath Lab Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of cath lab experience and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. This position requires proficiency in advanced cardiac life support and knowledge of the latest cath lab technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the catheterization laboratory. - Monitor patients' vital signs and prepare patients for procedures. - Administer medications as prescribed and assist physicians during procedures. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. - Educate patients and families regarding procedures, outcomes, and follow-up care. - Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety standards. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of 3 years of Cath Lab experience is required. - RCIS or ARRT certification is preferred. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
