**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift** **Location:** [Please specify location based on your needs] **Shift:** 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM **Duration:** 13 weeks, 40 hours per week **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with the expectation to work every third weekend and participate in a negotiable holiday rotation. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, advocating for patient needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. - Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their health status to identify any changes or needs. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider. - Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic EMR system. - Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. - Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff. **Qualifications:** - Current and valid RN license in the state of practice. - Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting. - Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR); experience with Epic is preferred. - Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. **Onboarding Requirements:** - Successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and necessary health screenings. - Completion of required training and compliance forms prior to starting. **Benefits:** At ARMStaffing, we take care of our nurses!
