**Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab RN or Tech** **Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM** **Location: Asheville, NC** **Job Description:** Join a leading healthcare facility as a Cardiac Cath Lab RN or Tech where your skills will be invaluable in a high-quality clinical environment. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in the cardiac catheterization lab, aiming to provide top-notch patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations. - Assist with structural heart procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort. - Maintain and operate x-ray equipment, PACS, Mac Lab, istat, and Avox. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. - Adhere to all relevant guidelines and protocols while maintaining a compassionate attitude toward patients. **Qualifications:** - **Required:** Current RN license or RCIS/ARRT certification for Tech positions. - Must possess ACLS and BLS certifications. - Minimum of 1 recent year of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting is required. - A strong teamwork mentality and excellent communication skills are essential. **Unit Information:** - Number of Beds: 5 - Patient Ratio: 1:1 - Type of Staff: 25 dedicated professionals working in a collaborative environment. - Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week with on-call requirements every 5th weekend (7 AM Saturday to 7 AM Monday). **Dress Code:** Surgical Green scrubs At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
