**Job Title: Staff Nurse, RN (Days)** **Shift:** 7 AM - 7 PM **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse, RN to provide professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patients' plans of care. As the primary caregiver, you will provide direct patient care while collaborating with other care team members, physicians, and patients' families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols. - Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and patients’ families to implement patient care strategies. - Actively participate in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care plans. - Maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere that aligns with the mission to care, heal, and educate. - Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality requirements while accessing patient information. - Float to similar units as needed, and may be required to assist at other locations based on patient care needs. - Work every other weekend to ensure continuity of care. **Qualifications:** - Current RN licensure. - Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. - Previous nursing experience preferred. - Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the job location. **Additional Information:** This role works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and indirectly under the Director of Nursing. Floating will occur to similar or lower-acuity units, ensuring patient care continuity across various settings. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
